The challenge

The client wanted a unified HR engagement module that would:

  • Allow employees to easily register for company events and workshops.
  • Enable sending digital greeting cards and personalized holiday messages.
  • Provide access to learning and training courses tailored to each employee’s department and career path.
  • Create a central space for corporate news, updates, and announcements.
  • Offer mobile and desktop access with a seamless user experience.

The goal was to boost participation in internal activities, improve knowledge sharing, and strengthen company culture — all while ensuring secure integration with the existing HR system.

Our solution

We developed a multi-functional HR engagement platform with a .NET and C# backend for robust, secure, and scalable performance. The frontend was built using React for modern, responsive web access and Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development (iOS & Android).
The platform was hosted on Azure Cloud, with certain services running on AWS to take advantage of global distribution and redundancy. Docker containers ensured smooth deployment and scalability, while GraphQL enabled fast, flexible data querying.
